Dear Friends,

Welcome you to the latest edition of official website of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), which aims to help friends at home and abroad know us better by providing more timely and detailed information about AIBO.

The past 40 years have witnessed several institutional reforms and name changes of AIBO since its establishment as the Advanced Cadre Education Institute of Ministry of Foreign Trade in 1980. After years of development, AIBO has now formed a development pattern with cooperation in human resources development, the party school training of Ministry of Commerce and capacity building of business personnel as the core business, and conference reception and education cooperation as auxiliary and beneficial supplements.

AIBO has alumni all over the world. On the riverside of Wenyu River in the north of Beijing, a great number of business officials participating in various kinds of training programs organized by AIBO have enhanced their political consciousness and professional skills. Meanwhile, government officials and technical personnel from more than 160 countries and regions as well as international organizations attended seminars and workshops here, which helps trainees to have more understanding of Chinese experience and Chinese wisdom.

Now AIBO is standing at a new starting point. China is at the historic juncture of the "Two Centenary Goals", and a new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country has begun. The road ahead is long and striving is the only way forward. AIBO will continue to adhere to its responsibilities, make more practical explorations based on its core training business, and make greater contributions to promoting high-quality development of commerce and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
