On April 9, 2021, Mr. Chen Runyun，Vice President of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), attended the online opening ceremony of Seminar of Comprehensive Measures for Rural Teachers from Developing Countries and delivered a speech. Mr. Bierhanu Moreda from Ethiopia also made remarks on the opening ceremony.
The seminar, which is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by East China Normal University, will last 21 days. 62 officials and experts attended the ceremony.
