On July 13, 2021, Mr. Liu Rutao, Vice President of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO),attended the online opening ceremony of Seminar on Ethnic Policies and Practices for B&R Countries and delivered a speech. Ms. Sun Qianyuan, Secretary of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan attended the ceremony. Official representatives from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Republic of the Philippines also made remarks on the opening ceremony.
