On August 18th, 2021, Mr. Liu Rutao, Vice President of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), attended the online opening ceremony of Seminar on Financial Accounting & Management for Officials of Developing Countries and delivered a speech. Mr. Liu Yinan, President of Statistical Society for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of China also addressed the ceremony. There are altogether 101 officials attending the seminar.
