On Dec.3rd, 2021, Mr. Liu Rutao, Vice President of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), attended the online opening ceremony of Seminar on Trade Facilitation for Chambers of Commerce and Industry of B&R Countriesand delivered a speech. Mr. Yang Xiaodong, Deputy Director General of CCPIT(CCOIC) Training Center and Desi Doncheva, President of Bulgarian Chinese Chamber for Industrial Development also addressed the ceremony. There are altogether 43 officials from 7 countries attending the 14 days seminar.
