Wu Bin, Male, Han ethnicity, Master of Economics, Member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He has served successively as Deputy Division Chief, Division Chief, Deputy Director-General, Commercial Counselor, and Resident Commissioner in the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (now merged into the Ministry of Commerce) and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.

In September 2025, he was appointed as President and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy for International Business Officials, Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.
