On March 23, 2021, Mr. Chen Runyun，Vice President of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), attended the online opening ceremony of Seminar on Chinese Culture in Dominica and delivered a speech. Olaya Dotel Caraballo from Dominica also made remarks on the opening ceremony.
