On March 18, 2021, Mr. Chen Runyun，Vice President of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), attended the online opening ceremony of Seminar on Promotion of Comprehensive Economic Strength of Maritime Cities via ICM for Developing Countries and delivered a speech.
The Seminar, which is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by Fujian Institute of Oceanography, will last 21 days. 62 officials and experts attended the ceremony.
