On the morning of October 29, 2020, Vice President Lei Hao of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO) paid a visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Argentina in China, and met with Minister Sabino Vaca Narvaja and Counsellor Julián Canessa. Both sides held friendly talks on human resources development and cooperation, and exchanged views on establishing closer communication and cooperation mechanism in that regard.
