On October 14, 2021, Mr. Liu Rutao, Vice President of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), attended respectively the opening ceremonies of three online seminars organized by AIBO, i.e., Seminar on Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment Policy for Venezuela, Seminar on Reform of China's Foreign Aid System for Indonesia and Seminar on Building Smart Cities under Belt and Road Initiative, and he made remarks on the ceremonies. Participant representatives from Venezuela, Indonesia, Malaysia and Uzbekistan spoke on the occasions. Ms. SHI Ziming, Minister Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia, took part in relevant activities. Mr. Djauhari Oratmangun, Indonesian Ambassador to China, sent his speech video to congratulate the opening ceremony.
