Vice President Liu Rutao Attends the Closing Ceremony of Seminar on Cloud Computing and Big Data under Belt and Road Initiative

On October 25, 2021, Mr. Liu Rutao, Vice President of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), attended the online closing ceremony of Seminar on Cloud Computing and Big Data under Belt and Road Initiative and delivered a speech. Seminar participants from the Republic of Costa Rica and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan made remarks on behalf of all the seminar participants.
