On November 3rd, 2021, Mr. LIU Rutao, Vice President of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO) attended Ceremonies of two online seminars and delivered speeches.
Sponsored by Ministry of Commerce, People’s Republic of China, the two 14-day online Seminars, namely Seminar on Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment Policy for Venezuela and Seminar on Financing & Financial Cooperation Management for Developing Countries are organized by AIBO and jointly organized by AIBO and the Economic Joint Committee of China Commercial Stock Enterprises.
Totally 111 participants from Venezuela and other countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America participated in the above seminars.
