On Nov.11st, 2021, Mr. Liu Rutao, Vice President of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), attended the online opening ceremony of Seminar on Economic and Globalization and Chinese Manufacturing for Chambers of Commerce and Industry of B&R Countries and delivered a speech. Mr. Yang Xiaodong, Deputy Director General of CCPIT(CCOIC) Training Center also addressed the ceremony. There are altogether 45 officials from 8 countries attending the 14 days seminar.
