On September 13, Mr. Liu Rutao, Vice President of Academy for International Officials, MOFCOM, held a video conference with Mr. Sultan Alsunaya, Director General for International Cooperation Department of the Vocational Technical Training Corporation (hereinafter referred to as TVTC) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Mr. Abdulmaneed Alrushaydan, Director of International Relations and Programs of TVTC. The conference was also attended by relevant representatives from the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Academy’s Teaching Research Department. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on cooperation in the field of vocational and technical training between China and Saudi Arabia, and reached an agreement on signing a memorandum of understanding on cooperation, etc.
