From September 26th to 30th, 2022, AIBO held closing ceremonies for 9 human resource training programs, namely, Training Course on Comprehensive Utilization of Waste for International Capacity Cooperation for Serbia, Seminar on Chinese Business Culture for Argentina, Seminar on Green Economy Development for Tajikistan, Seminar on Sharing China's Development Experience Under the BRI for Tunisia, Seminar on Enhancing Economic and Trade Cooperation for BRI Countries, Seminar for Senior Officials of Latin American Countries on Management of Mining Resources, Environment and Safety, Seminar on E-Commerce for CEE Countries, Seminar on 5G Technology Standard and Application, Seminar on Global Value Chain, Service Trade, E-Commerce and E-Port for BRICS Countries.
Mr. Liu Rutao, vice President of AIBO, attended the ceremonies and delivered speeches. Representatives of participants from Argentina, Ecuador, Mauritius, Poland,Serbia, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Tajikistan and Tunisia made remarks respectively. These seminars last from 5 to 21 days, and the working languages cover English, French, Russian, Spanish and Serbian. 21 participants across the world participated in the above seminars.
Based on the first online seminar at the end of 2020, and last year's successful rolling out of seminars , AIBO’s online programs keep increasing this year. At 20:30 pm on September 30, with the conclusion of the Seminar on Global Value Chain, Service Trade, E-Commerce and E-Port for BRICS Countries, AIBO has successfully organized 100 foreign aid online training programs in 2022, which is 7 times the amount of the same period of 2021, returning to the scale in 2019 before the COVID-19.
The program executive team fully implements the leadership instructions on foreign aid training programs. In response to the strong aspiration of other developing countries to draw on China's development experience, AIBO, which is the main organizer of China’s foreign aid training, plays a full role of the "front-runner" by constantly optimizing online training programs and staffing with diligence and perseverance. Averagely, there are about one seminar in two days, which is a dedication to the National Day and the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) with excellent performance.

The summit's now surmounted with big strides."In the coming days, AIBO team will do its best to organize as much online seminars as possible, so as to play a more active role in building the BRI with high quality, fully implementing Global Development Initiative and Global Security Initiative, and building a community with a shared future for mankind and a global community of development as well.
