On the evening of February 9th, the first online seminar of 2023 --Seminar on Development and Governance of Developing Countries for Malawi was officially opened. Vice President Lei Hao attended the online opening ceremony and delivered a welcome speech. Mr. Felix Chikhawo, Team Leader of the Malawi Revenue Authority, made a remark as a representative of the officials.
A total of 110 Malawi officials from several ministries including the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the National Planning Commission, the Revenue Authority, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Human Resources and the Ministry of Tourism attended the seminar.
The 14-day seminar will be focusing on sharing China's achievements and experience in governance through lectures and discussions, and promote exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in the field of governance in developing countries.
